We provide our customers with a Same Day Service (where possible) and unlimited use of our engineers. All Parts & Labour are provided free of charge as part of your policy. Any issues you have, simply call our free customer care line and report the problem and then leave the rest to us!
We will keep you informed along the way of the best way to rectify any problems and any onsite visits will always be worked around your schedule. Once our engineer arrives, he will not leave until everything is back to normal and you are completely satisfied with all the work carried out.
